A global platform for research at the intersection of intelligent systems and data science.

Building robust, ethical, and scalable organizations requires an integrated approach that recognizes the close interdependence between adaptive management strategies and data-driven business intelligence. As global markets and operational environments become increasingly volatile, it is essential to move beyond static models and embrace systems that prioritize reliability, transparency, and long-term strategic sustainability. IJAMBI focuses on methods that are resilient to market uncertainty and distributional shifts, specifically designing systems that allow businesses and institutions to adapt to evolving real-world conditions. Achieving meaningful progress in this field demands attention to foundational challenges such as data quality, predictive analytics, computational efficiency, and responsible deployment within corporate and governmental frameworks. The International Journal of Adaptive Management and Business Intelligence (IJAMBI) provides a dedicated scholarly platform to advance these objectives. With a multidisciplinary focus, the journal brings together perspectives from management science, artificial intelligence, business analytics, and organizational theory to deepen understanding of how intelligent systems can be designed and applied to enhance human decision-making. IJAMBI supports research that bridges the gap between theoretical frameworks and practical business applications, encouraging contributions that demonstrate both methodological rigor and real-world relevance. Through its editorial standards, the journal promotes reproducibility and ethical responsibility, recognizing the critical role that adaptive systems play in shaping resilient, competitive, and equitable futures. Peer Review Process

IJAMBI follows a rigorous, transparent, and double-blind peer-review process designed to ensure the quality, integrity, and scholarly value of all published articles. All submissions are evaluated by independent experts, and editorial decisions are made without influence from authors, institutions, or affiliations.

The peer-review process consists of the following six stages:

1. Manuscript Submission

Authors submit their manuscripts through the IJAMBI online submission system, in accordance with the journal’s Author Guidelines and ethical policies.

2. Initial Editorial Screening

The Editor-in-Chief (EIC) conducts an initial screening to verify:

  • Alignment with Scope: Does the paper address adaptive management or business intelligence?
  • Compliance: Does it follow the formatting and ethical guidelines?
  • Baseline Standards: Is the research question clear and the methodology sound?

Submissions may be desk-rejected at this stage if they fall outside the scope or fail to meet baseline standards.

3. Assignment to Handling Editor

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to a Handling Editor (Associate or Section Editor) with specific expertise in either organizational management or data analytics. The Handling Editor manages the peer-review process and maintains editorial oversight.

4. Reviewer Selection and Invitation

The Handling Editor identifies and invites qualified, independent reviewers. To maintain the multidisciplinary nature of IJAMBI, reviewers with management expertise may be paired with reviewers who have technical analytics backgrounds.

Double-Blind Model: Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process to prevent bias.

5. Peer Review and Evaluation

Reviewers assess the manuscript based on:

  • Originality and Significance: Does it offer new insights into business intelligence or management?
  • Methodological Soundness: Are the data models or qualitative frameworks robust?
  • Clarity and Structure: Is the strategic argument easy to follow?
  • Relevance: Does it solve a real-world or theoretical challenge in the field?

Reviewers recommend one of the following outcomes:

  • Accept
  • Minor Revision
  • Major Revision
  • Reject

6. Editorial Decision and Revision Management

The Handling Editor evaluates the reports and makes the final decision. If revisions are required:

  • Authors receive consolidated, constructive feedback.
  • Revised manuscripts are reassessed to ensure all reviewer concerns were addressed.
  • Final acceptance decisions rest with the editorial team.
