Femington uses a double-blind peer review framework for all submissions.

- Reviewers do not know the identity of the authors.
- Authors do not know the identity of reviewers.
- All identifying information must be removed from manuscripts prior to review.
- Editors ensure anonymity is preserved throughout the process.
Review Workflow
- Editorial screening (scope, originality, policy checks).
- Assignment to qualified reviewers (typically 2–3 reviewers).
- Reviewers provide detailed reports and recommendations.
- Editors evaluate reports and issue a decision.
- Authors revise (if applicable) and resubmit.
- Final decision: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
